I receive phone calls from people that wanted to file claims against pharmaceutical companies for various reasons. We take people through a series of question to find out whether they qualify or not to a certain lawsuit. There are different campaigns within the company and they usually always put me on the bilingual ones.

Nevada Corporate Headquarters (2017-2019)

Started as an administrative assistant. Took calls and directed them to the appropriate person. Provided customer service to old and new clients for the company. I was responsible for returning calls to customers leaving voice messages. Later on I was promoted to the accounting department where I took on the role of responding to emails, phone calls, invoicing and voice verifying the client’s payment information. I entered all information on the sales boards and was in charge of making sure the boards balanced.

Capital One (2012-2017)

Processing payments by credit cards and checks, used critical thinking to resolve customer needs. Researching customer disputes and resolving their complaints by making necessary adjustments. Requesting correspondence that documents special payment arrangements.

Over the phone sales for Direct TV. My main job was to sell upgrades or packages such as Starz, HBO, Cinemax and Showtime and from time-to-time special events like fights or sports, like the NFL Sunday ticket. I also worked at premium reconnects branch, which meant bringing back customers that downgraded.

Bilingual Research Services (2008-2012)

Conducted surveys over the phone. My responsibility was to convince the customer to complete a series of questions that varied from five minutes up to forty minutes or so. These customers were not getting paid to answer these surveys, so I had to develop various strategies to convince them to remain on the line with me.
