While my resume is primarily in the restaurant/bar service industry, I wish to impress that it has served me well as it has exposed me to nearly all types of personalities and how to control situations as they develop. On a daily basis handled triple digit in house customers as well as carry patrons. Handled customer complaints and took the appropriate actions in resolving such complaints. Balanced end off shift receipts.
Operated and Calculated daily Keno Machine.
Limited liability related to customers excessive drinking by persuading them that they had reached the legal limit. TAM certified.
Responsibilities also include restocking beer, wine, hard liquor, mixers and soft drinks at beginning and end of shift.
