RELEVANT PROJECTS
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Los Angeles, CA Senior Capstone Design April 2020
Led the design, 3D modeling, and animation of autonomous robot in Solidworks. The robot was capable of approaching cube objects, gripping, stacking, and toppling the cubes with a projectile.
Collaborated with team of six in optimizing budget of robot and making model compatible with manufactured parts for assembly.
Performed finite element analysis on crucial parts and worked with team on Simulink programmed simulation of robot in environment. Compliant Material Outer-Space 3D printer Project March 2020
Participated in DARPA concept project with team of six, requiring the design of a 3D printer head capable of operating in outer space with 6 degrees of freedom and noise damping.
Led the 3D modeling in Solidworks with extensive finite element modal analyses and animations of mechanisms in motion.
Worked with team on designing the product to consist solely of compliant materials and mechanisms. Ion thruster Satellite Program June 2019
On self-volition, programmed a visual MATLAB simulation of a self-thrusting satellite orbiting earth, which predicted the flight path of the satellite relative to the solar system given the thrust time.
