Production Officer;- Upstream Process
Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. November 2020 - Present Responsible for Seed generation, Shake Flask Experiments, Sample analysis, and operation of Single Use Bioreactors from Seed till Production Scale. Operation of LN2 system and process equipment and instruments. Worked on Covishield Project for Covid-19 vaccine development in partnership with AstraZeneca.
Equipment qualification, maintenance, troubleshooting, resolve operational problems during process.
Understanding of all Process Standard Operating Procedures. Experience in Handling cell lines and virus Bank.
Experience in Depth Filtration and process solution preparation for fermentation batches.

Determined how much similar the structure of the same enzyme (i.e. enzymes of shikimic acid pathway) is among different microbes using MatPlotLib and Nirmsd analysis. Identified the action of available drugs on different species with same enzyme for drug repositioning.
Highlighted usefulness of different In Silico drug discovery approaches in target based or structure based drug discovery (SBDD).
The study was focused on one of the major life threatening disease i.e cancer and explored the involvement of different drug target protein from the signalling pathway.

Developed a protocol for doping Copper with Zinc using hydrothermal method to make quantum dots nanoparticles. Nanoparticles were produced with and without inert gas.
Used these nanoparticles for photocatalytic biosensor activity. XRD analysis was done to identify the lattice parameter and structure of produced nanoparticle
Project:- Isolation & Characterizationof Lectin from Carica papaya for Immunomodulation. Guide:- Mr. Mukesh Tiwari
The study was focused on using Lectin from Carica papaya for treating dengue.
