Responsible for incoming, In-process & Final Inspection. Give feedback to HOD regarding the test / inspection results. To give training to On line packers as well as m/c operator about product quality. Responsible for Inspection at molding & assembly stage by following quality standard Parameters & Work Instructions for ensuring product quality. To maintaining ISO 9001:2015 activities in terms of documentation. Supervising hourly inspection & give feedback to HOD QC . Responsible for inspection at job work molding.

Daily rejection analysis at molding & assembly stage. Reporting to HOD,QC regarding quality Issue.
