Accomplishes repair of Cabin Modules/components and replacement such as Decorative Laminates, Profile Strip and other parts as necessary.
Performs cosmetic and minor composite repair of all items such as ceiling panels, handrails, door linings, bin doors, dog houses and other polycarbonate parts prior to painting.
Initiates and contributes ideas regarding production work flow and good shop layout and do research on some procedures, data and references needed to satisfy procedure required by the Vendors, Customers and Maintenance Task Card.
Performs Maintenance Checks and Periodic Checks on all Safety Equipment required on the aircraft as per checklist and replaces due time units in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Specifications to ensure their availability and safe operation.
Assigns in records with duties and responsibilities of monitoring updating, preparations and computations of life limited parts time balance of the Company’s Aircraft components prior to Aircraft Serviceability.
