Daily review gaps in Purchase vs Filling & ensure compliance, Receive F1/F2 expense reports

from Admin and verify as per policy as well as with Ops systems (PS/iTOC/VP) and to be less

than advance issued, Verify entries in VP as per expense report and put up for approval

Track vendor performance in line with POs issued, Verify advance requests recd in Cloudtrac as per budget, Submit same for approval in VP to Circle Head and release to Finance for next advance release by 11th/26th, Collect diesel bills from SE expense report package

Collate diesel bills received with Diesel filling update from iTOC

Prepare diesel recon statement as per customer requirement

Submit the same to customer and obtain sign-off, Collect EB bills and receipt from SE expense report package, Collate EB bills received with EB Log data

Prepare EB recon statement as per customer requirement, Submit to customer and obtain sign-off, Maintain list of Opex loss sites - EB & diesel, Conclude customer account recon on monthly basis, Conclude customer penalty signoffs paperwork, Reconcile open POs and vendor bills on a monthly basis.
