The project consist of two buildings as follows:
1. Research and development laboratory space as well as incubator labs to foster innovation and entrepreneurship across KFUPM with an area of 7,440 m2.
2. A Petroleum Engineering and Geoscience college will be designed and constructed to support and enhance the undergraduate and graduate programs and established a strong tie with petroleum industry with an area of 19,573 m2. 3. Chiller plants serving the buildings based on the received SOW.

QATAR: Tarsheed Hospital
The Tarsheed Hospital represents a sustainable profitable investment project for delivering high quality medical services to the Qatar population (Nationals, Non-Qataris and Tourists) looking for high-class medical treatment in the fields of medical services.
The hospital will operate 240 beds and focus on services such as mother and child, cardiopulmonary, orthopedic and neurology services, and long-term care etc. The Project aims at delivering an advanced mix of medical services, typical for a hospital of the secondary and tertiary care levels.
The proposed location of the Tarsheed Hospital is Doha, with a site area around 87,000 m2.
The project will include in addition to the Main Hospital an Ancillary and Parking Structure buildings located in the north part of the site to serve the project and contains the major mechanical-electrical, material management, and non-clinical services, also the project includes an underground parking located in the south part of the site to serve the hospital visitors.

Two historical mansions were built on the coastal side of the property, namely Sait Pasa Mansion in the 19th century and Kocatas Mansion in the late 19th century; both are registered as 2nd degree historical buildings. Design Services for Ritz Carlton Hotel and
Residences.
The project is a 5 stars luxury Hotel operated by Ritz Carlton, and considered as a new benchmark for hospitality in Jordan and the region.
Support Facilities for Southside AMI
The Support Facilities for Southside AMI project will cover the expansion and enhancement of support and ancillary facilities that will be developed by DAEP as required by stakeholders to accommodate interim passenger and cargo operations at Dubai World Central (DWC) from 2017 through 2021.
NGHA Specialized Hospitals in Regions
The project consists of 5 hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 2 hospitals are located in Jeddah, one hospital in Riyadh, one hospital site in Taif and one hospital site in Qassim.

Kuwait: Kuwait Oil Company - Research Lab
A dedicated physical R&D center for Upstream O&G
sector is to be established in Kuwait. The Kuwait
International Petroleum Research Centre (KIPRC) will meet this objective and the R&D set up requirements. A construction Site within the Ahmadi area with a total area in plan of approximately 279,000 m was chosen for the research center.
The new Facility is to have a total built area of 76,540 m for the research center, a convention and exhibition center to host key oil and gas events in Kuwait and associated underground parking, as detailed below. References will be available upon requests
