• Monitoring SPC charts and taking necessary activities.
• Reviewing PPAP, SPC and Preparing SOP, Data Management.
• Co-ordinating ICA Activity for the Internal and External Complaints.
• Preparing AOI for all new projects as per LOIC.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Reduced rejection and customer complaints through implementing Pass Through Characteristics (PTC) control at supplier end.
• Implemented safe launch for all new projects.
• Achieved Zero PPM for Worst supplier
