As Factory Manager

I started my work in new position in Managing department as Factory manager because of some development plan in BSA for reorganization the company to implement new projects and Development and localization of new parts and installation new production

& assembly line in domestic OEM and in order to exportation. I am managing different departments such as Production, Planning, Maintenance, Design,QA,QC,… also i am leader of all new projects development and support for technical and negotiation with customer from A to Z of project for OEM projects such as transfer technology for assembly line,SKD & CKD and localization together with training at expert supplier, all activities is based on team work,as my real belief, some of new projects for our factory are steering column of B90 and L46 for RENAULT Iran, Steering column for PEUGEOT 301,208,2008 in IRAN, EPS ( Electric Power Steering ) project for IKCO and SAIPA, and also Oxygen Sensor,Water Pump, Timing Belt, Clutch System, … Feb2003 – Nov
