Project Description:

BRINKSS-Workday Integration project is all about to bring common HCM Interface for all Dunbar employees(Workday) in BRINKSS system with restriction of values to downstream application(Peoplesoft). This project also had the below activities to be deployed in production.

Creating reports in Workday to monitor for data discrepancies.

Data conversion activities to move data from Workday to Peoplesoft 9.1 system.

Data cleansing activities to consolidate the system data.

Responsibilities:

Worked as a developer in Support, Implementation of Compensation and Benefits data in PeopleSoft HCM.

Developed online customizations as per business needs to provide an end-to-end integration.

Designed and developed BI Publisher Reports meeting Customer requirements and Customization of the delivered report.

Worked on Application package and record PeopleCode, Integration Broker and message PeopleCode.

Project Description:

Cognizant CAS is upgrading their PS HCM system from current 9.1 (Different Module) to 9.2. This upgrade project also had the below activities to be deployed in production.

An upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 for different module is followed.

Involved in the creation OF Sprints in Rally for every Iteration.

Fluid page for self-service pages of HCM is planned to develop in 9.2 upgrade.

Ford Genesis is upgrading their PS HCM system from current 8.X(different system) to 9.1. this conversion project also had the below activities to be deployed in production.

Data management activities to extract the data from 8.x system.

Developed new AE program in legacy Payroll system (CUBAV- USA Salaried, hourly & terminated) to extract data for conversion of ford genesis wave 2 (Peoplesoft 9.1)

Involved in Data extract FTP and data management extract file count list report.

Prepared a data cleansing, migration process document for DM cleansing KT.

Created a new AE program to run the non-core conversion of united states, Canada OEE, Hourly Performance rating, Military status in CUBAV and Mexico custom components (Food Coupon -Siv ale and Additional Card, Contributory Allowance).

Created and run staging and snapshot records and pre and post validation SQL for the conversion project.

Involved in creating configuration of setup table values and UAT in Production.

Created and run Excel to CI for mass data migration from Workbook to production instance.
