Supported two teams providing technical writing, performance and change management for a US State Department Consular Affairs contract. Served as a team facilitator responsible for organizing group meetings with dozens of participants, analyzing / documenting data, and managing / following up on action items for multiple departments with 400+ employees.

Worked extensively as a technical writer, actively participating in the editing of a high-level government contract in order to better achieve project goals, wrote and edited multiple contract features and technical proposals to enhance said contract and offer the best product possible to the State Dept.
