Safely every morning the operator does a full tpm on the machine before starting up, after your normal tpm check on the oil, lube, and water, you are ready to start.

Properly make sure the die is at the right temperature to make a part.

Once the part is made, the operator does a quick quality inspection for defects, if there are no defects, underline the part number and number the part for further processing.

After the parts are done with the diecast operator, heat treat operator safely loads the parts into the oven for an aging process to make sure the part is hard and solid as a rock.

Once the parts are done the operator safely takes them out and they are ready to be shipped to our customers.

07/2019 – 01/2020: packer/ wood cutter wolverine tube Decatur, AL

Properly pack any material that the team leads need us to pack to ship to other customers.

Carefully read all directions to ensure proper packing for our customers who need their material

Packed a certain way.

Once material is pack and ready, we use 2x4s to lock the material down incase of any shipping damage it may get on the way to the customers.

11/2018-03/2019: operator tech/ inspector, jack Daniel cooperage, trinity, AL

Safely inspecting pieces of staves to make sure there are no defects on the stave to make the barrels leak.

Efficiently handling staves with care as the operator sends the stave thru the ripsaw to be cut or trimmed.

Maintained a steady pace to feed other operators and assembly workers to build and give the best staves/ barrel assembly.

After the lockout/Tagout procedure is done, employees return to work.

Safely and efficiently handle pieces of large fabric and arc weld them together.

Made sure work area and surroundings were clean for the next shift.

Spreading finished product on the floor to do a quality check before it gets sent to shipping and receiving for further processing.

Conduct quality checks on the finished product.

Ensured work area was clean and free of hazards for the next shift.

Assembled auto headlights lens ensuring product quality is consistent to specifications.

Unloaded product from the metallizer to do a quality check on the product for scratches, smudges, and water spots.

Used Knives, meat saws, band saws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming for standard package or special orders for customers.

Boned, tied and grinded meats.

Prepared special-order cuts of specific meats.

Shaped, laced and tied roast with twine.

Wrapped, weighed, labeled and priced meat for the sales counter.

Maintained and stock product displays.

Served customers at the counter advising customers on how to properly prepare and cook meat, gave ideas to customers from my experience with cooking the product.
