Getting gold seal approved with the buyer and giving proper feed back to the relevant department with the comments to be followed when the style to be taken for bulk production.

Making Trim card for the style to be issued for production along with the correct fabric shade, and accessories. Making the report after the cut panel rejection .Coordinate with the sourcing by giving the panel rejection and the fabric to be arranged for the same. Coordinate with the Sourcing by giving elastics rejection after cutting Giving rejection in fabric, trims& accessories to the supplier and the feedback to be given for the sourcing department to take the further steps. Coordinate with the customer Qc to get the feedback regarding at pre and post bulk production and the steps to be taken for the further delivery related to the garment, like shade, Fit, Appearance, & defects affecting the customer point. By giving suggestion and arranging the garment related items along with the sourcing department if the requirements not meeting the customer standard when it requires. shade continuity within the tolerance for the entire garment with the existing and further order to the particular style to avoid the customer feedback regarding the garment appearance

Fabric testing

Testing conducted as per the customer requirements. To ensure the testing method as per the standard (ISO, AATCC, BIS, ASTM) Method. Allotting different fabrics to the individual as per customer. Test done as per the procedure without any deviations. Physical and chemical parameters met to the relevant fabric to the particular customer.

Test observations done by the technician is as per standard. Calibration of the instrument as per the Time frame. Grading of the tested samples as per the Minimum requirements of the customer. Report preparation and evaluation of the report. Feed back of the tested fabric to the sourcing department along with the copies to the individual departments. Conduct tests for the individual as per the customer test methods. Evaluation of the NABL Audit report and the things to be improved for the next audit Tested samples and washed garments to be identified and stocked for certain period and the recordings to be maintained.

Inline quality and the rework at individual parts making. Analysis the defect and the same will not be continued by making Traffic Light system, by giving the flag to the individual operation. Analysis of the defect by man, machine and the material. Analysis of garment inspection, and the repair percentage will be monitored within the limit without affecting the production. Making final inspection at 80% completion at finishing. The garment will be analyzed according to the First, second the rest called Rejected garment.

After packing audit based on Ironing, packing and appearance of the garment along with the necessary Tags. Making customer complaint report, and the analysis to be monitored at regular intervals. The same will be discussed with the Line QC for the corrective action. Prevention of the defect will be monitored according to the nature done in the form of man, machine and the material.
