Duties & Responsibility

In charge for overseeing all Electrical works at site.

Execution of HV, LV system Installation, testing and commissioning of LV panels, MDB & SMDB HV panel, 48V DC system, Diesel Generator sets, Auto capacitor panels, UPS system based on consultant requirements complying with local authority standards and project specifications.

Installation testing and commissioning of electric power, internal lighting and External lighting Lighting control and dimming control systems.

Preparation of load schedules, electric schematic diagram, as per local authority (Dubai Electricity and water authority) regulations.

Installation Testing and commissioning of low current systems including fire alarm, central battery, CCTV, PA with voice Evacuation, AV system, Access control system.

Installation testing and commissioning of electric power, internal lighting and External lighting.

Technical audits and preparation of BOQ complying with specification and costing.

Representing progress meeting with Main contractor, Consultant and client.

Control of work by periodic site inspection to maintain the quality after completion.

Duties & Responsibility

Ensure the Electrical work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.

Ensure the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and consultant requirements.

Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard.

Review consultant’s design and specification.

Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure the deadlines, procedures and other project requirements.

Liaise with local authorities for the approval of Electrical services drawing and services connection.
