Sears Commercial Sales, Augusta, GA, (October 2014—Present)

Customer Service Representative III

Manage accounts with an estimated revenue of more than $100 million by delivering superior customer service using experienced techniques of selling as identified by the business to process requested orders exceeding the customer's expectations.

Accurately entering data utilizing various order management systems; to include, DOS, SAP/ECC, CRM and customer portals.

Follow up with the delivery team to ensure that deliveries are completed precisely based upon customer's request.

Resolve customer issues/concerns and respond to inquiries from customers via email and phone.

Research billing issues, and submit necessary adjustments, refunds, or corrections as needed, to include returns and exchanges;

Work with various teams within the organization to include the Credit Department to research any concerns that the customer may have regarding their account.

Confirm sales order information to customers as required per the company’s process.

Notify customers and Account Executives of any holds on orders, to include backorders, discontinuation of merchandise, etc. and assist with to make another selection based on previous order.

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails from numerous account clients

Enter requests for service and warranties via the NPS system.

Escalate issues to using the organizations proper chain of command.

Debt Collector

Communicate with debtors by telephone and approved written correspondence to attempt to resolve old debts.

Post payments made by debtors.

Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made.

Demonstrate effective skip tracing techniques by locating debtor contact information.

Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulate the collection industry.
