Sand filter and separator machine:
This system puts forward a fully automated sand filtering and separator system that automatically filters sand poured on it. Here we use a motorized shaft that is mounted horizontally using mounts.the shaft is connected to filter frame with mesh below and enclosing frames on the sides. The rod is connected from the shaft to the filter frame in a way such as to achevie the best horizontal motion. On switiching on the motor using motor controller circuit, the system allows to operate the motor.this allows us to operate the sand filter motion for apppropriate sand filtering needs.
MAIN PROJECT:
EFFECT OF NANO PARTICLES ON THE PERFORMANCE VCR SYSTEM USING ECO FRIENDLY REFRIGENTS :
The reliability and performance of a domestic refrigerator with nanoparticles in the working fluid is investigating experimentally. The working fluid using is azeotropic mixture i.e., in the mixing ratio of R290/R134a (70%/30% by weight) is investigating as the drop-in replacement for R12 in household refrigerators. Theoretical and experimental investigations are conducting on the performance of the refrigerators working with both R290/R134a and R12. Refrigerator performance with the nanoparticles was then investigating using energy consumption tests and freeze capacity tests. We are using TiO nanoparticles in domestic refrigerators to considerably reduce energy consumption and to increase the performance. In this experiment the effect of using TiO -Azeotropic mixture (R290/R134a and nanoparticles) in the vapour compression refrigeration system on the evaporating heat transfer coefficient will be investigated by CFD heat transfer analysis using the ANSYS FLUENT software.
INTERNSHIP:
i have done my industrial trainning program at hindustan ship yard limited. Industrial trainning at HSL had been a great learining experince. HSL assisted me to hull shop, pre fabrication, erection, where i have learned pratical knowledege of how a ship desigined and constructed form initial stage to final stage.
