Work Experience: AECIQ (Auburn, CA; January 2015 - Present): I have performed work in a variety of capacities for this firm, such as with recruiting, new business development, sales management, and team management. This includes information management, product development (optimizing our platform), and performance reviews for junior staff. I brought in dozens of new architecture, engineering, and construction clients (including several Top ENR companies) by conducting demos and selling the AECIQ platform. I managed every new client and book of business in addition to my existing clients and attending responsibilities as Operations’ Manager.
As Operations’ Manager, I oversaw 2-3 support staff at any given time. I managed the data entry processes and final collection reviews (QAQC) prior to submitting finished (SaaS) products to our clients. I oversaw calls and quantified performance for all recruiting/outreach efforts. I trained new support staff. I conducted annual performance reviews, including salary & bonus recommendations.
Three years ago, the business owners of AECIQ decided to downsize the company, laying off all support personnel. The vision was to capture all profits for owners and managers; to run the business with a “lean and mean” philosophy. In my current role, I manage all of the AECIQ recruiting/outreach calls, nationally (actively recruiting in all 50 states). I have worked remotely from home for the last three years.
Invision:Over the last 6 years, I have concurrently worked for Invision in the capacity of a 1099, contracting for traditional 3rd party recruiting efforts, as well as high-end research profiles for M&A boards/reviewing committees. I am successful in walking candidates through the full-life cycle of recruiting (from sourcing through offer acceptance). Additionally, I have conducted in-depth research and interviews for M&A Profiles, including information dissemination and recommendations for various A/E/C reviewing committees.
