1.Proper maintaining of daily attendance, leave pass, out pass record and reporting it to registrar`s office on time.

2.Proper record keeping of handing and taking over to students data.

3.Taking care of the activities of students and maintaining the discipline in the hostel.

4.To maintain the hostel supervising the sweeper, guards and checking the cleanliness of the hostel.

5.To look and sort out the civil, electrical, plumbering and general problems (complains).

6.Arrangement of first aid and hospitalization of students in case of emergency.

7.To maintain the discipline in mess and check for the proper food arrangements for students and providing the complete record to the higher authorities.

8.Maintaining the rules and regulations, discipline and system in hostel.
