I am a graduate student at the New York City Tech College of Technology. with a bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer System (Networking and Security). As attached in my resume, I have attained an experience in the position as a help desk support/ technician.

I have also acquired some valuable IT Help Desk skills during my previous work experiences, that are needed for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and other various computer-related operations, while also gaining some soft skills like customer service, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Furthermore, I am multi-task oriented, that has a passion for helping users with their everyday technical issues whilst educating them to provide a reliable service. I am also a tech enthusiast who continues to stay alongside with the current latest trends that enjoy learning new things every day.
