Preoperative Procedure and Checklist Verification, meeting SCIP Requirements, and sedation when ordered.
Post Anesthesia Recovery Drips including Fentanyl, Levophed, Precedex, Cardene, Cardizem, Heparin, Milrinone, Ativan, Dilaudid, and Morphine, PCA Pump Management on Both Braun and Alaris as well as complicated pain management. Post-Operative Nausea and Vomiting management. ERAS Protocols.
Recovering CABG Patients direct from OR, with or without balloon pump. Hemodynamic Monitoring with Flotrak and Vigilance. Assessing for AFIB risk and intervention, working very closely with CTS for early ID of issues and best outcomes.
