Responsible for supervising team of 27 by planning and allocating work for them. Duties

● Standing in for production manager when required

● Dealing with the production team grievances and disciplinary procedures

● Escalating any production related engineering, quality and material issues.

● Taking decisions within standards working procedures and methods

● Maintaining the proper usage and investigation of any discrepancies. Thus following all raw materials usage and investigation of variance as required

● Process improvement through identification of the bottlenecks and setting up new processes to increase productivity

● Administering safety programs in order to provide safe and clean workplace

● Identification of machinery problems and determine the corrective actions.

● Reporting and recording deficiencies within the plant

● Correcting the unsafe acts and then communicating them to the responsible party for correction.
