DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of Quality Control Procedures, latest Approved Construction Drawings and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).

Coordinates with Quality Manager for the timely submission of all Quality Documentation.

Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan / Check Sheets and ensuring approval from client.

Ensure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health, Safety & & Environment requirements are complied with.

Ensure the implementation of the company and project Quality system and plan. Implements that all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan /

Contract and that these are documented on pre-defined formats / check sheets. Ensuring all Hold and Witness points are adhered to and the Client is given Sufficient Notice for Inspection.

Ensuring incoming materials are inspected, as approved and stored properly as Recommended.

Ensure proper interaction and co-ordination with Client and Site Team for project Co-ordination.

Ensures that all quality requirements are understood by Site team and sub- contractors and providing training in the Quality systems and skill functions as Necessary.

Coordinates and verifies with the sub-contractor and site team for the Implementation of Quality Control Procedures and Inspection and Test Plans. Ensure proper control on receipt / distribution of Contract Documents and Approved drawings.

Ensuring all valid documentation / contract documents are being used on site.

Carrying out regular surveillance inspections for activities on site and that of Subcontractors.

Monitoring Non Conformance’s and following up with site team for close out. Ensuring corrective / preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non- Conformances.
