SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:

Instrument Design Lead on Exxon Hondo Conduit Replacement Project. The project is replacing old, corroded, and damaged conduit with cable tray and CLX armored cable. Am responsible for assisting lead engineer and client as instrument designer, and reverse engineering systems on board the platform. Lead a team of 3 designers and work with client reps (2) engineers in accomplishing reverse engineering to present systems, developing new drawings, re-designing systems for use of CLX cable, and providing construction/commissioning support as required. Systems re-designed include Sales Gas Injection compressors, Impressed Gas Compressor, Shipping Pumps, Booster Pumps, Instrument Air Compressors, Pneumatic instrumentation, Emergency Shutdown Systems, Platform alarm annunciators, lighting, gaitronics, and all ancillary equipment, panels, and controls. Designed new MCT’s for cable penetrations. Cable trays, routes, etc. designed in accordance with NEC and client standards.

Electrical Consultant on Entergy Substation Survey. Responsible for gathering all drawing and necessary documentation to verify equipment at each substation location in southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana. Using one-lines to verify all equipment. If the equipment removed and or added photos were taking and the one-lines were redlined and CAD.

Instrument Design Lead on Shell East RD&D. Green field facility. Responsible for assisting project engineer and lead a team of 3, also working directly with client to design instrument and control systems drawing packages (details, wiring, lighting, location, alarms and loops) for Gas Compressor, Shipping Pumps, Booster Pumps, Instrument Air Compressors, Emergency Shutdown Systems, Platform alarm, lighting, gaitronics, and all ancillary equipment, panels, and controls.
