Don joined DXC Aug of 1999 and is currently a Title Senior associate Systems Technician working in East Hartford under the ido pod for the ibuild group. Some of the duties he has are project requests and special system updates for this group. He works with a diverse clientele for UTC all originations within the UTC group and Sikorsky Lockheed Martin. Working on projects for migration of servers from one city to another updating licenses and software for clientele as needed. Don is also the lead for the off hours group which handles support of all servers in the Connecticut area for the UTC client.
Before he started in this position Don worked in the Meriden Data Center for CSC as a Systems Administrator for the NT team, He worked on projects for the government and was the primary Administer of the Home Land Security systems. Don was also called upon to fill the role of Iso 2000 Administrator for his group. This consisted of teaching the necessary skills to everyone in the NT group for Meriden, Norwich and a New York group. He also worked as computer operator concentrating on running processes for the Student Aid System
