RESPONSIBILITIES :- Working as Operator on IDEAL LINE AND NORDSON..

● Following all principles and practices of power coating application

● Preparing parts for powder coating

● Operating all coating equipments including Guns hoppers and booth collection systems.

● Observing machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects if any.

● Bakins parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations.

● Knowledge of thermosetting resin coatings Washing and pretreatments.

● Ensure the quality standards and processes while carrying out operations

● Ensuring safety guidelines so as to assure a safe work environment.

● Loading of intricate shape jobs with the help of applying diff fixtures.

● Checking of glossy level DFT after each coating and painting.

● Giving day - to - day production report to my supervisor. Maintaining quantity of paint and powder usage and informing my superiors about the minimum stock.
