Provide compassionate care for post-surgical patients with adherence to high acuity clinical guidelines. Completed peer education projects, designed training protocols, served on professional performance committee (Med-Surg Unit Council), chaired ERAS project, and collaborated with Active Pneumonia Prevention Committee members.
