Duties: Send member debt letters. Interact with clients face to face on a daily basis .Receive and document payments received from members for debit and monthly premium payments. The knowledge that was gained as reception rounded off my understanding of the business as a whole .It was surprising to see administrative work that goes behind the sales of the business. I learnt with morning shift starting 4:30am and late shift ending at 9:00pm I learnt to balance and manage my time efficiently.
