Experienced engineering professional with exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding oral and written communication skills. Able to work independently, or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Projects:
Designed multiple models of a small four-cylinder car piston in SolidWorks then ran multiple simulations on the model using Ansys to determine the pistons reactions to different forces, pressures, and temperatures. Using these results, the piston was refined to be more efficient and the piston was modeled to account of the thermal expansion of the metal being used.
Conducted studies and simulations in SoildWorks and Ansys on a hydro pump to determine the effects that vibrations would have on the pump as well as the overall system and how the flow through the piping would be affected
Programmed a robot to follow multiple sets of commands and to respond to basic outside stimulus Assisted on a Research Project under Dr. Shin involving Dragonskin that was used to create a force with the gel by connecting multiple air bubbles in different designs to create a force when the air is sucked out

Professional Experience:
Heatcraft Co-op Product Engineering Co-op July 2019 – December 2019
Worked with multiple groups in the company to assist in the completion of different ongoing projects
Made parts and input the new parts into exists models on SolidEdge along with creating an implementation schedule of the new parts to ensure all the old parts were used first
Learned multiple programs that the company used to edit parts and models with SolidEdge along with tracking the changes through Teamcenter and organizing everything with SAP
Worked on multiple assembly lines to ensure that the units were following the UL certification for the products along with assisting in the release of a new line and assisting with the lines UL certification
Created a excel chart that displayed which added features were available for each unit to ensure the customers would not try to add features that were not available to specific units along with giving the production team an accurate account for how much added time there needed to be for the added parts
