Project for the UAE Government focused on implementing Digital Transformation for the different housing services within the country. Analyzing the systems already implemented (GIS, Business Intelligence, AI model for Supply & Demand Forecasting…) and gathering functional requirements for developing new functionalities.

Creating reports (State of Art, Gap Analysis, To-Be Report, Action Plan & RoadMap) and dashboards (Tableau) to show the current status and steps required, to fulfill with UAE’s agenda.

Created a Big Data demo to grant our customer capabilities to deal with large volumes of data (Hadoop Hortonworks) .

In addition, a Data Management assessment was conducted to evaluate Public Data Exchange policies between data providers and consumers involved in the UAE Housing Programs.

Developing an customized ETL (in Python) to allow data collection related to aircraft maintenance, in order to detect potential failures or defects that could affect the aircraft. As a result, the project team increased from 3 to 20 members, and Airbus Military processing time was reduced, so fines for non-compliance with OCCAR (A400M customers) were avoided.

Gathering functional requirements, UML modeling and defining business rules in order to include in the customized software solutions for our customer.

Building an internal platform to visualize analytics reports and exchange information across different areas. As a result, a monthly basis report instead of yearly, thanks to the automation.

Verifying sensitive information such as Scheduled Maintenance, Configuration, Service Bulletins, was properly loaded in the A400M system (MDS), before aircraft delivery and for Retrofit campaigns.

Teaching technical courses related to data cleansing and extraction to other employees within company (Xquery for XML, Macros with VBA, …).

Organizing cross-functional meetings with OCCAR representatives, to solve both technical and business queries related to A400M aircraft, as well as gathering functional requirements for new functionalities and reporting about its development .
