• Tempo Title is the largest independent title insurance company in America as of Feb 2021, with the mission to combine and consolidate the industry’s leading independent title insurance agencies in both residential and commercial title insurance and settlement services.

• M&As. Deeply involved in all aspects of over 10 acquisitions that brought portfolio companies with over EBITDA of over $100mm and revenue of over $500mm to the holding company.

• Successful Syndication of Credit Facility. Successfully conducted and coordinated an over-subscribed syndication of credit facility of $250mm. Working on the term loan B on the next round of financing.

• Financial modeling, data and analytics. Created and maintained the LBO valuations and other financial models. Gatekeeper of data and all firm wide analytics.

• Internal and External Financial Report and Budget Analysis. Provided the monthly and quarterly GAAP financial report the board, credit lenders and external investors. Created the budget to all portfolio companies.

• Involved in the structuring and issuance of all securitization deals within the OHART shelf.
