Content analyst intern (August 2019-March 2020)
National Human Rights Commission, Mexico City
• Creation of strategies for awareness and easy access to information, focused on the education and use of human rights in Mexico.
• Creation of campaigns in the different centers of Mexico City, for the deep interaction of the Mexican Society with fundamental rights.
• Research on human rights defenders in Latin America and cooperation for Development in human rights in Latin America.
• Structuring a focus agenda, on the main topics in 2020 on the 2030 agenda
• Establishment of the contact agenda for the area of analysis and dissemination, to provide experts on essential issues for the defense of human rights.
• Development of press releases for a weekly bulletin, for publication in the official networks of the National Human Rights Commission.
• Preparation and translation of a monthly document, where the main resolutions of the Commission in defense of rights were reported. As well as the communiqués of the president of the CNDH were provided. Didactic materials, books, articles and filmographic pieces focused on the themes of the month were attached, with a summary of their content.
• Achievements: Structural and organized compilation of recommendations, by topic and month. The goal was reached of releasing 6 educational materials for official networks to inform the public of the progress in the defense of human rights. A comprehensive study was carried out among the areas of the CNDH, on the mechanisms of the human rights defenders, prosecutors and commissions in Latin America.
Content Analyst Intern (August 2018- January 2019) National Human Rights Commission, Mexico City
• Realization of the agendas of the events of the second half of the year. Establishing different international speakers.
• Be part of the organizing committee of the International Symposium on the Sustainable Development Goals of the SDG, in the analysis and dissemination area of the Executive secretariat. Where it included the development of conferences for the event, the formation of the different work teams of presentations, and providing suppliers for the event. As well as the promotion of the different publications in the area.
• Auxiliary consultant at the International Symposium on Human Rights: 70 years after the universal declaration of human rights.
• Preparation and translation of a monthly document, where the main resolutions of the Commission in defense of rights were reported. As well as the communiqués of the president of the CNDH were provided. Didactic materials, books, articles and filmographic pieces focused on the themes of the month were attached, with a summary of their content.
• Drafting of the official documents of the CNDH on the commemoration of the international days established by the UN
• Research on indigenous populations in Latin America and the search for their rights
• Achievements: Holding of the International Symposium on the Sustainable Development Goals of the SDG and the International Symposium on Human Rights: 70 years after the universal declaration of human rights.
