I was introduced as principal agent on an ongoing project of school clusters for The Department of Education. Services included the preparation of broad project parameters, project scope statements, project milestones, and budget and cash flow forecasts on EFMS system. Ran site meetings, and standard PA duties under construction administration such as monitoring progress on site and administering the contract to the client requirements.

I was involved at a very early stage in the project. I worked with the lead Architect in developing the seed idea of a concept of a futuristic African city in a rural area. My role lead me conduct research in constructing the organisational – urban structure for the city, further designing the urban framework for the city, co- ordinating with numerous consultants.
At the stage of the Feasibility model inquiry, I was tasked to facilitate and develop a business model together with a sector and Market Analysis, describing the how market needs will be served, and provide estimates of market potential.
I further conducted meetings with clients and investors, formulating presentations of design scheme and feasibility studies. The fruits of how work brought us to design a 200 hotel room and Conference centre for phase 1 of the scheme. 3. Stanmore Townhouses

I was tasked to design a modern townhouse scheme for long standing client. I took the project from client appraisal to Municipal level submission. I co-ordinated extensively with Engineer and held many design meetings with Client to meet his requirements for the design.
4. The Refurbishment of the Eastern Cape Film Studio Year: 2019- February 2020

Project Value: R15.5m over 3 phases
This time sensitive project lead me to immerse myself in the discourse of high technology systems in the refurbishment of a Film Hub alongside the lead architect. Co-ordinated heavily with the electrical and mechanical Engineer in designing and advising the project manager on the most suitable technical and functional systems to be incorporated in the design. I further co- ordinated technical documentation with the consultants to municipal – tender – construction drawings. I further carried out inspections to final completion.
5. 123 Western Avenue Office Park

I was tasked to oversee the additions and the refurbishment of two new office spaces within our office park. I Prepared drawings and co-ordinated with sub-contractors in administrating the project from procuring materials to issuing instructions to the contractor to completion.
6. Sowazi Townhouses

The brief of the project was to maximise the commercial footprint of a dilapidated house on a site. I developed the concept design, and produced design and documentation up to municipal level for the client.

Investigated and evaluated the site to update the As built plans. Continued to prepare working drawings (plans, elevations, plans). I collaborated with the client during meetings to determine contract conditions with the lead Architect. I further engaged in meetings with the Quantity Surveyor.
2. Prasa National Train Station Upgrade

The works brought me to investigate and evaluate several train stations in the East London area. This lead to the preparation of working drawings (plans, sections, sections, details and room data sheets.) to suit the needs the stations needs and locality. Worked closely with the Senior Architectural Technologist and did revisions on Architectural plans in developing the proposed parking area for Manqulo Junior Secondary School. I further developed a interior floor finish plan and interior finish elevations for Mpumlo Junior Secondary School.

Worked closely with Architect on the design of the Main gate of a primary school. I developed plans, sections as well as details. I worked closely alongside the Engineer with resolving structural properties of the gate design.
