Responding to inquiries and complaints regarding HIV and AIDS as per scope of program.
Answers and initiates a variety of real-time inbound and outbound voice-based communications in English or other Nigerian local languages to support inquiries.
To counsel and promote on behavioral change among MARPs and their clients, consistent and correct condom use, targeted information, education on HIV/AIDS with provision on PMTCT and ART and communication to prevent new infections, partner reduction, and improved health seeking behavior
