PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER From May 2019 to till date
Receiving technical details from customer and organising feasibility review discussion with CFT
to ensure the product manufacturing and validation feasibility.
Development of APQP time plan against customer milestone and target requirements using MS
project tool, and distributing the project plan to CFT team.
Review and analysing the project development by process by every week to ensure the completion
of scheduled activities such as proto development, SPC study, PPAP submission.
Submitting PPAP samples along with PPAP documents against customer-controlled documents
and follow up with them for signed document PSW and LCS to start production.
Establishing good working relationship with customer through personal and telephone contact and
have a discussion to resolve problems regarding delayed planned activities.
