•Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.

•Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, validation to acceptance of offer and final placement.

•Handling the both contractual and permanent staffing.

•Sending desired candidates profile to client and coordinating with the Interview panels for interviews.

•Follow-up with clients for feedback on candidate status and salary negotiation as per company standards with prospective candidates.

•Discussing offers to be made and follow up with candidates till they join.

•Responsible to maintain the track records of the candidates properly.

•Initiating offer letters to the selected candidates.

•Co-ordinate with selected candidates till their joining date and update them about induction program and other formalities.
