Project Description

The sheet metal cutter is connected to an pneumatic cylinder, input for pneumatic cylinder is compressed air from the compressor. when compressed air enters, the upper blade of sheet metal cutter tends to move.

Result Arrived

The upper blade falls over the sheet metal and cutting is done, they cut sheet metal of thickness below 3 mm.

Project Description

Electromagnetic clutches operate electrically but transmit torque mechanically. when clutch engages power is transmitted and when disengage power flow is stopped. It is recently used by Renault car company, which uses the basic principle of electrical energy as well as magnetic forces.

This project shows the practical analysis of electromagnetic clutch and the time of engage and disengage of clutch is also measured
