MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Preparation of Micro & Macro Schedules, Work Break Down Structures, Project Planning & Scheduling for EPC Projects using MS Projects Software.

Coordination with all Site departments viz. Engineering, QA–QC,Materials, Procurement, Production etc. for smooth execution of the project.

Preparation of Spare Parts list as per clients requirement

Preparation of Plate Cutting Layout in Auto-CADD.

Preparation of Material Take off and order the materials as per drawing.

Coordination with client for all type of constraints and resolve the issues for smooth execution of the project.

Performing post order coordination with vendors and expedite materials arrival to ensure timely start of fabrication as per schedule. Coordinate timely flow of engineering documents, certificate tests reports and inspection reports between supplier and concerned sections.

Preparation and monitoring of weekly manufacturing Schedule issued to shop

Preparation of Catch up Plan in the event of any back log

Submission of required supportive documents to finance for claiming milestone payments from client.

Preparation of Scope review checklist based on client inputs.

Preparation & Identification of Critical Activity Path.

Preparation of Material Take Off (MTO) with respect to drawing.

Monitoring Progress of Work & Periodic Progress Evaluation, Schedules, etc.

Preparation of project wise Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for client submission.

Preparation of Manpower & Equipment Resources Planning including Resource Allocation Matrix and monitoring Progress achieved vs planned schedules.

Preparation of Time extension delivery letter with respect to delay analysis report and extend the project delivery schedule.

Preparation of Extra claim based on whatever addition and deletion of project scope.

Preparation of Consumables like grinding wheels, electrodes, filler wire / flux,etc.

Support to Execution Engineers / Supervisors of the project with strict compliance to quality & delivery schedule.

Responsible for labors control along with Execution Engineers.

Monitor site Execution activities and guide Site Engineers on day-to-day basis to improve the progress.

Maintaining Record for Permanent and Temporary materials of the Projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager.

Determine supply needs through technical details and schedules

Manage the orders of material and equipment to meet project requirements

Coordinate the delivery of supplies according to priorities and specifications

Continuous follow up and resolve problems to speed up delivery of orders

Monitor inventory of supplies for different jobs or sites

Preparing list of Hydrotest Fasteners,Gaskets and arranging the same two weeks in advance from the date of scheduled Hydrostatic test.

Preparation of Dispatch documents such as Packing list,Shipping Invoice and Country of Origin.

Monitoring sub-contrators activity for timely completion of project to meet client delivery date.
