Create the principal menu with the full recipe, the cost price, wastage.

Making orders for all the ingredients of the factory.

Follow up the circulation of orders from the restaurants for all chains daily.

Follow up the orders of the outside catering section.

Follow up all the production operation in all sections

Approved the new created items from the research and development section.

Ensure that the standard, the quality and the hygiene achieved

In 2002, The Culinary Institute entered in an agreement with Tropicana for Projects for the creation and development in Egypt of a franchise of Patisserie Café Traiteur Alain Le Nôtre . The factory is Served 12 outlets of le Nôtre stores. The production includes a big variety of Pastry, Bakery and chocolate products as well as ice cream items either cakes or cups . Also, the Factory distributes the products of Chili’s Chain restaurants, Johnny Carinos and Provence Besides the outside catering for all events capacity until 3000 guests.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Supervise all aspects of the departments operations Pastry, Bakery, chocolate, Ice cream.

Setup Producing the different items, which are delivered each day to Le Nôtre Outlets as well the outside catering, and restaurants.

In charge of the new staff training programs.
