Experience Graphic Packaging International / Operations Supervisor 2018 – present Currently I manage the overnight operations that consist of three production departments as well as shipping, receiving, maintenance and the quality department. At Graphics we produce mostly food grade cartons for the fast food industry. My shift consists of approximately 75 hourly employees, 3 team leads. I am responsible for all safety, Training and discipline on my shift.

Navistar / International Trucks / Operations Supervisor 2016 - 2018 I supervised 55 production workers building class 6 and 7 trucks for the North American Market. My department installs the cab, fills all fluids and performs air test. We complete the build and do final inspection before heading to pre- inventory inspection. I’m responsible for the coaching, training, Safety and production of the department. Volvo Parts North America / Operations Supervisor 1994-2015 I am a Manager dedicated to continuous improvement in the face of rapidly evolving and changing markets. Extremely results- oriented and proactive in addressing and resolving problems. I managed every department in the facility during my 21 years with Volvo. My strong suit has always been my ability to build a team to attain high efficient levels. I also trained the industrial workers and the Management staff in the WMS (Red Prairie) system throughout Volvo North American facilities. Volvo in 2015 opened a new PDC in Byhalia Mississippi. During that time I became the key purchaser for the pre- owned equipment, which grew into a very lucrative facet of the business.
