My duties and responsibilities include the following: 1. Upon assumption of duties, I was initially tasked to perform recording of transactions by posting entries in the system with the supervision of my superior in the department;
2. I also conduct regular account reconciliation of general ledger to ensure accuracy of entries and transactions were posted on time; 3. Upon learning the process in the department, I was given specific duties to handle the operation of petty cash reimbursements. This includes the receiving of reimbursements documents from different project sites; Checking of PCF summary and calculations; Checking of the supporting receipts against the schedule; and lastly, to book the transactions in the system;
