-Apart from these drawings, also responsible to check utility shifting plan and temporary diversions proposed by concessionaires.

-Responsible to review proposed pavement design for both Flexible and Rigid pavements. (Lucknow -Sultanpur have complete Rigid Pavement, as well as Phagwara Roopnagar is generally Flexible pavement but Navashahar Bypass section of 10.236 Km’s is constructed with Rigid Pavement.

Main Project Features:

Rehabilitation of existing flexible roads and upgradation to four lane divided carriageway, by adding two additional lanes and rehabilitation of existing highway in general, for surface treatment, shape correction, resurfacing and strengthening by overlay, strengthening by reconstruction, repair and replacement of elements to ensure traffic safety, rehabilitation of bridges and rehabilitation of the roadside drainage system. This is a major highway road of the Jammu and Kashmir which connecting Jammu with Srinagar and other parts of Laddakh.

Position held: Chief Design Coordinator

Detailed Activities performed:

-Responsible for coordinating all design aspects of a Design Built project.

-Project consists of a four lane carriageway in hilly and steep terrain including 32.1 Km’s of Road, Six Tunnels, Six Major Bridges, 20 Minor Bridges, Seven Cattle under passes, Rehabilitation of 120 Culverts and new construction of 182 culverts.

-My job is also including the coordination with design consultants, Proof consultant, get approvals from Authority Engineer.

-As well as assist in preparation/Modifications of all the drawings related with Highway, Bridges, Tunnels and slope protection and other allied drawings.

-Type of pavement is the flexible pavement.

Name of assignment or project: Supervision consultancy for Design & Construct AI Wakrah Bypass Road (P015) in the state of Doha. Part of Doha Expressway

Position held: Design Coordinator

Detailed Activities performed:

-Responsible for coordinating design of a Design Built project of 10 lane dual carriageway including five multilevel multi arms grade separated interchanges, 700 m. Long tunnel.

-Three pedestrian bridges and eight vehicular underpasses.

-My job also includes the coordination with design team in various aspects of design of carriageway, Structures including design of utilities, Utilities Diversion, Temporary Construction, Temporary diversion plans.

-All the detailed drawings were submitted in DWG format and as per contract prepared in Autocad civil 3d.

-All IFC drawings were also prepared and submitted in Civil 3D Format including the detailed sections of the road as well as utility drawings and utility profiles.

-Type of pavement was the composite pavement.

Railway Projects

-Beside this I was also responsible for few railway projects. One was the design optimization of the DFCC corridor bhaupur to tundla for a concessionaire and second one was a simulation project of Ireland (client was corry).

Position held: Highway Design Engineer /Assistant Manager (Design)

Detailed Activities performed:

-As Highway Design Engineer, responsible for co-ordination of all design activities, conducting requisite surveys viz. topographical and geotechnical investigation, alignment finalization, development of geometric/ pavement design/ drawings using latest computer software viz. Mx-Road in accordance with prevailing IRC norms/ specifications, co-ordination with IC Consultant/ Client for approval of designs/ drawings.

INR 900 Crores)

-(Project was in association with Louis Berger Group. LRP was associate of Louis Berger Group in this projects ).

-As Highway Design Engineer, responsible for design review/ modification of design in light of site condition, issuing good for construction drawing as well as to check survey data and provide setting out details to the contractors, measurement and certification of quantity and reports preparation.
