• Best production lead at the center level for Q2 2007.

HP Retail Business – Senior Process Associate (March 2005- June 2007) As a senior process associate in the HP Retail claims team, my work involved supporting HP’s GWE region (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, Switzerland) retailers towards claims, missing, missed shipments, damage, promotional claims, etc. As part of my role, I was the SPOC for the following activities:
