Development of construction plans, permitting, construction stakeout, GPS locating and compilation of construction as-builts for a 14,000 foot 6” wrapped steel high pressure gas main. GPS locating and compilation of construction as-builts for improvements to a natural gas gate stations. Preparation of an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan to acquire General Construction Permit coverage for the installation of approximately 3,750 feet of underground electrical conduit. Responsible for the feasibility planning, design and permitting of the relocation and replacement of

approximately five miles of 16” wrapped steel natural gas transmission line and associated infrastructure with a new 24” pipeline through the Tyson’s Corner area in Fairfax, VA. This project included a horizontal directional drill of I-495, significant coordination with the Jones Branch Connector project and coordination with the client, VDOT, MWAA, WMATA, Fairfax County DOT, Park Authority, and schools as well as coordination with other utilities.

Responsible for the design and permitting of the relocation and replacement of natural gas transmission lines and distribution lines and associated infrastructure with a new pipeline through Prince George’s County in Maryland.
