DESIGN OF TWO LEVEL VSI WITH PROTECTION CIRCUIT
Description: This project is done under the guidance of prof Dr.Mr.Amit Jain, one of the professors of IITD. We did the hardware design of the inverter and did the simulation of the protection circuits and the PCB designing was done by using the software DesignSpark. And also we did the testing for the inverters and finished over project. And we also used the SRP-11 Non regenerative type DC drive for the circuit sides of the inverter. We also did practice the hardware tools present at there.
DESIGN OF A 1-PHASE CYCLOCONVERTER
Description: This project involved the simulation of the circuit of the cycloconverter. RETROFIT OF NUMERICAL DISTANCE RELAY IN 230/400KV SWITCHYARD Description: This project is done under the guidance of Mr. Nageswar Rao Bhukya,EE one of the engineer in NLCIL. I did the retrofitting and installations of the GE make Alstom P443 microprocessor based numerical distance relay in the panel of a particular feeder along with interfacing with PC using software AGILE. For this I did the simulation of the Quadrilateral characteristics of the numerical relay to develop the protection scheme using the Simulation software PSCAD. In result, I developed the prototype of the installation and the protection scheme and fixed the numerical relay. For testing I used the OMICRON 356 relay testing kit. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
