Created and managed the continual improvement of calibration guidelines, process and standardization of calibration development as powertrain engineer.

Responsible for the calibration laboratory’s operations, measurement methods.

Modified vehicle and powertrain control calibration to improve track focused performance and rideability by tuning AFR, VE, IGN, QS tables and tuning other enrichment factors.

Conducted vehicle testing, data logging and development on track days in MMRT SRIPERUMBUDHUR race track and report generation for pro-stock category motorcycles and Indian Touring Cars category cars.

Specifically worked on KTM 200-390cc, Yamaha R15-R3, Maruti esteem, Honda city v-tech.

Involved in ECU remapping services to increase the performance of road cars using specialized tools and various flashing methods and vehicle testing.

Worked in Matlab/Simulink development of control strategies for SI engines in graphical modelling environment and co-simulation with discretized 1-D engine models by testing various intake and exhaust systems, performance cam designs in GT-Suite with experience in CAD modeling.
