Project - 1 : Solar based DPMCU with GPRS

Client’s : Hutsun Dairy, Cavinkare Dairy, Milky Mist Dairy, Tirumala Products, Heritag Foods, Dodla Dairy

Description :

It is to power the Milk Collection System by the use of natural resource called solar

By this way the cost of electricity can be minimized

Milk procurement process can be managed in a Data Processing Unit basis

The things are same as an automatic milk collection system it uses DPU rather than MAT

The data collected from village milk collection centre are transmitted to the plant via GPRS with printer inbuilt.

Project - 2 : Automatic Milk Collection Systems (AMCU)

Client’s : Erode District milk co-operative societies (Aavin Milk),Karnataka Milk Fuderation (KMF) – Nandini Milk Products

Description :

It is to ensure Integrated Dairy Management Systems which includes

oMeasurement of quality and quantity of the milk by means of latest technologies

oTo reduce the manual error in purchase and sale of milk payment

Milk procurement process can be managed in an electronic basis

Consists of Milk analyser, MAT, Ultrasonic cleaner, Weighing scale, Printer, UPS and Battery

Milk analyser is to check fat and SNF, added water, LR

MAT is to save the data according to the customer ID and retrieve the saved data at any time

Ultrasonic Cleaner is to clean the air bubbles in the milk in order to do the perfect milk analysis

Weighing scale is to measure the quantity of the milk and it supports both kg and litre

ACADAMIC PROJECT

Project : “SHIP DETECTION WITH WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS”

Description :

Data can be transmitted to long distance.

Using ZigBee technology, the control is easily transmitted with individual address.

Its response time is higher than other wireless communications.

It can be used in marine and military for low cost data transfer
