Previously worked at Park Site, Vikhroli (W) Mumbai-400079. Job Profile :

● Obtaining Consents from Slum Dwellers.

● Arranging General Body Meetings.

● Preparing Annexure-II and Follow-up with Govt. authorities.

● Society Registration Work.

● Follow-up with Government Authorities for getting 33/38 order for Demolition of Non Cooperative Slum Dwellers.

● Various other works related to vacating the site for construction of buildings.

● To arrange a meeting with society members, federation and guiding them about awareness and implementation of SRA Scheme.

● Interact with the slum dwellers for resolving certain issues related to slum clearance/ demolition

● Interact with various slum dwellers / agencies for providing accommodation/ construction of transit camps.

● Issued notices to the Slum Dwellers who are coming under the proposed Bldg to take the Transit or Rent to make the alternative arrangement vacate the plot.

● Handle the disputes arising at project sites (if any), and provide the amicable solutions for the same, thereby ensuring that the project work at site is carried on smoothly.

● Coordination with Construction team for effective implementation & execution of projects
