Estimation the preliminary work and calculate the raw material requires. DPR of Project to HO on daily basis.

Measurement for work executed as per drawing as well as actual at site on daily basis to keep track of work being executed at site.

Study all drawings received at site and will maintain proper records of revision of drawings.Ensure that all superseded drawings are with drawn from supervising staff. Study of drawings, Specification & Parepare of M.B.&L.B. Defining the previous, preliminary from lay out to construction of structures to ultimate schedule including site management & maintenance.

Estimation the preliminary work and calculate the raw material requires. BBS excel sheet and BOQ excel sheet
