Long term independent contractor role on location at Vanguard Project leader in creative services for corporate communications team. Partnering with business leaders, design, writing, brand, and compliance teams to ensure projects run on time, on budget and on brand. The project leader is the key client facing role that intakes and runs projects within the creative serves team. Design uses Adobe Cloud for creative, and the project leader verifies the accuracy of the work between marketing teams and design by annotating PDFs, providing changes to creative and presenting new creative to clients. The project leader also manages the compliance approval process with auditing and legal teams, ensuring all items are fully approved.
